Our Story

“Aspirar” is a brand launched by Khanindra Barman(Kay), who is an author, serial entrepreneur, brand mentor and optimist. He is one of the founders of brand Würfel Küche, the most recognised and biggest chain of premium modular kitchen and interior brand in the country. Serving to more than 500 exclusive and happy homes every month, he realised that it is time to take the next big step of creating a home from the “neev”. Würfel has always been a symbol of design and quality in the interior space and he is very positive about bringing the same flavor in “Aspirar Luxury Villa” and create the most desired villa crafting brand.

He is partnered by his wife Mridu Gupta, who comes with an enormous experience of creating and running boutique hotels.

“Aspirar” believes that less is more and focusses on crafting only limited & exclusive boutiques homes that make a style statement. Aspirar was designed to be a connoisseurs of premium, exclusive and luxury products. The belief in excellence and practice of uncompromised quality is unparalleled.

At Aspirar Villas, we take immense pride in our design partnerships, particularly with a distinguished architectural firm from Bali, Indonesia. Given Aspirar Villas’ specialisation in Balinese architecture, every villa is meticulously designed by our esteemed design partners based in Bali. While many local architects can emulate Balinese architecture, we believe in the importance of authenticity and cultural integrity in our design spaces. That’s why we have collaborated with a renowned and highly skilled firm from Bali, known for their expertise in creating authentic and immersive Balinese experiences.

Our design partners bring a wealth of knowledge and experience, ensuring that every detail, from the traditional elements to the intricate craftsmanship, reflects the essence of Balinese architecture.
